• prepare or review the technical and expenditure papers
• examine and support the preparation of records and evidence to assess eligibility
• sign off on the applications

When it comes to working with clients, I'm judicious. If your projects aren't likely to qualify, I'll tell you straight so you can manage the risk/reward equation.
