• conduct or review the R&D funding eligibility assessment(s)
• prepare or review the technical and expenditure papers; and 
• 'sign-off' on the applications

And when it comes to working with clients, Thread is choosy. If your projects aren't likely to qualify, Thread will tell you straight so you can manage the risk/reward equation.

I've prepared or reviewed thousands of  project applications and interviewed technical engineers, scientists, researchers and IT specialists over the past 29 years. This experience includes industry sectors such as:
